Meat and fish selection
Menu of the resturant Epetium combines traditional fish and meat dishes. Fish is prepared on traditional dalmatian style- grilled, but it can also be served saled, baked on wood under the lid(dalmatian peka) or cooked with vegetables. Apart from fish, restaurant serves various choice of seafood such as clams, shellfish, squids, shrimps, lobsters, octopus, seafood salads, pastas and risottos.
A rich selection of dishes is accompanied with about fifty different sorts of white and red wine. Please ask your server for more information about Croatian wine types and sorts.
